Offering something new for existing players, people getting back into tennis after some time away and people who just fancy getting their heart pumping and using Tennis as the environment.
Running on Monday evenings from 6pm to 7pm.
Existing Anstey Gynsill Club members pay £6 per session. Non-members pay £8 per session.

If you are already a member of the Anstey Gynsill Tennis Club then please ‘BUY’ a FREE membership on the GSM/TeamUp system before registering for the Cardio Sessions. This will entitle you to the discounted price.
